FAQ
frequently asked question
I offer individual mental health support and counseling for adults (18+), with a focus on nurturing and sustaining creative lives.
My sessions combine artistic and therapeutic practices to support healing, self-expression, and growth—whether you’re an artist experiencing a creative block or someone who simply wants to explore creativity as part of your life.
Sessions can take place in person, online, or over the phone, and I tailor each one to your unique needs.
I host events that create a safe and creative space for artists to connect, relax, and find support.
Some of my key offerings include:
Pour & Paint – a guided, relaxing painting session where you can unwind and express yourself.
Artist Social Meet Up – a community event designed to bring artists and creatives together.
These gatherings are all about connection, healing, and expression—whether you want to meet like-minded people, grow your skills, or simply take a break from your routine.
I am located at Birmingham, United Kingdom. I also provide online sessions to clients from worldwide.
I work with artists, creatives, and anyone who identifies as an artist. I also support people who are interested in becoming artists, those seeking career guidance, and anyone struggling with personal or creative challenges along the way.
I’m an artist myself, and as an immigrant starting my art career in the UK, I know how challenging it can feel to build a creative life in a new place. Because I’ve walked this path, I understand the struggles—both personal and professional—that artists often face.
I bring experience in presentation skills, hosting art healing workshops, building connections, and navigating the ups and downs of creative work.
More importantly, I offer genuine understanding and support from someone who truly gets what it means to live as an artist.
I offer a free 15-minute online consultation first, which you can book by email.
